Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We understand that your business needs may change, and we've designed our system to be flexible and accommodating.
How to Change Your Plan
To change your plan, simply navigate to the account settings in your dashboard. You'll find a "Billing" or "Subscription" section where you can view your current plan and available options. Click on the plan you'd like to switch to, and the changes will be processed immediately.
Pricing Adjustments
The changes will be reflected immediately in your account features and access levels. Any adjustments in pricing will be applied on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. If you downgrade, the new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Data and Feature Access
When upgrading, you'll immediately gain access to all features of the new plan. When downgrading, you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will adjust to the features available in your new plan tier.
